The Recent Life of Max Michael Miller
Max was born and raised in NYC. In 2014, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a BFA in Acting. While attending Syracuse, he spent 6 months studying at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London, England.
Less than a year after graduation, Max concluded Long Wharf Theatre's Production of Bad Jews, directed by Oliver Butler, which broke box office records and received rave reviews. You can read The New York Times' review here.
Since then, he has been in numerous stage productions including: Honky-Tonk Highway (Shadowland Theatre), Assassins (HMTC).
Last year he went to SXSW 2017 with one of his bands, Layne Montgomery Paper Company.
He will be playing Joe's Pub on August 17, 2018. Tickets on sale now!!! Click Here
While he was at Syracuse University, he was in four shows including the production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at Syracuse Stage, the regional theatre, as Demetrius. The SU Drama productions include Fuddy Meers (Limping Man), Translations (Owen), and The Lower Depths (Bubnov).
Currently, Max is out there auditioning looking for the next big thing. In his spare time he goes to the gym, plays guitar and sings with his friends, and, of course, reads comic books every damn day.
